How to order in our e-shop?

Easy! Select the products of your choice by clicking on “add to cart”. Afterwards you may continue shopping or go on to finalize your order.

To finalize your order, click on the basket. Check to ensure that everything is there, and then add a promo code if you have one. Click on pay, enter your personal details or log into your customer account.

You will receive a confirmation email your order and then another to notify you that we are processing it.

What are Bali Life Bodycare delivery methods?

Currently we work with two carriers:

Shipdeo

Our team prepares each order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Your package is shipped within 48 hours.

N.B. Processing and delivery times may be slightly longer during the holiday season.

How are the delivery costs calculated?

Delivery cost is calculated based on your delivery address. All of our packages leave directly from Bali.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

What payment methods can I use?

Payment for your order may be done with VISA, MASTERCARD or BANK TRANSFER. We work with the MIDTRANS payment system.

What are the refund terms?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will issue you a refund within 30 days.

How do I get free samples?
