REFUND POLICY

• If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your online order, please contact us via email to: contact@bali-life.com by attaching the photo of the damaged, defected or wrong item.
• We will review your request and shall it meets our criteria, we will refund your money within maximum 2 weeks time since we issue a confirmation letter stating that your request for refund has been accepted.
